Balloon Decorations FAQs
How much do balloon arches or balloon decorations cost?
Each event is unique and may require customized balloon decorations and arches. Each piece comes in varying sizes, shapes, colors, and styles. However, as a general guideline, our pricing typically ranges from $20 to $30 per foot, depending on the specific requirements of your event.
Do you create balloon arches in the McAllen area?
Absolutely! We create stunning balloon arches and garlands throughout the McAllen area. This includes Mission, Edinburg, Pharr, and the entire Rio Grande Valley. If you need help decorating an event outside of these areas, give us a call at 956-378-8223.
How do I order my balloon arch, balloon garland, or other balloon decor?
Simply click on one of the “Get a Free Quote” buttons on this page to fill out our form. If you have questions, would like a custom balloon arch quote, or are ready to get your McAllen balloon arch delivery scheduled, reach out now!
We receive many requests for balloon arches every day (..yes we’re REALLY good at what we do), so filling out that form is the best way for our team to gather all of the details to provide you with a quote in one place.
Do your balloon arch prices include delivery, installation, clean up, etc.?
Many balloon decorating companies will advertise a low initial price for the balloon arch, only to add a bunch of extra fees later, such as planning, design, shipping, delivery, installation, cleanup, equipment usage, and other ridiculous fees.
Our team is transparent with our pricing, and when you receive a formal balloon arch proposal from Ritz Bubbly Cart & Balloons, that will be the final amount you’ll pay! We want you to work with us for years to come and we believe in providing clear, upfront pricing without the hidden fees.
How does balloon arch and balloon garland installation / clean up work?
Our team will handle all installation and cleanup of your balloon arch and garland! Generally, we build your balloon arch off-site and bring it preassembled. Sometimes, we’ll add a few finishing touches on-site to perfect the design.
Once your event is over, we’ll return to your venue and clean up everything! Trust us… you don’t want to be picking up balloon scraps all night!
How long will my balloon arch and decorations last?
Most of our clients need their balloon arches for a short duration (1-3 days), and the balloons usually last just fine for that time. If your arch is indoors, it can last for weeks and still look amazing!
Outdoor arches will typically last a day, but direct sun, extreme heat (above 95°F), and wind can be tough on them. We have a special process we’ve developed over 11+ years of decorating for outdoor events that will maximize your balloon arch’s longevity. If you have any questions about how long your balloon arch will last, feel free to reach out!
Can I get a custom sign for my balloon arch and balloon garland?
Absolutely! We have a large inventory of signage or can create something custom just for you. Many clients love adding names, logos, or special phrases to their balloon arches.
Can my balloon arch be moved once it's installed?
Some balloon arch designs need to be built in place, but we have a variety of designs that are easy to move with just two people (or we can do it for you). If you plan on relocating your balloon arch during the event, let us know, and we’ll keep that in mind when designing your perfect arch.
